  • EOD / MOD Instruction List
    1. Duty Hours: Mon. - Fri. 17:00 - 23:00 hrs. , Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 08:30 - 23:00 hrs.
    2. Get an IPAD ready from Concierge team.
    3. You must inspect 3 rooms
    4. A minimum of two dining experiences must be documented - one must be at canteen. (Any outlets are applicable)
    5. Ensure to note down any incidents that happen during your MOD shift.
    6. Your family may check-in with you on Public holiday, Saturday, or Sunday.
    7. You are responsible to meet VIP's that are coming to the hotel during your shift.
    8. It is advisable to review the EOD / MOD report before you start.
    9. You are not allowed to leave the hotel without the consent from the General Manager (exception for emergency).
    10. The report has to be sent out to all EOD / MOD and related department head at the end of your EOD / MOD duty shift.
    11. Men must be in suit and tie during their EOD / MOD shift.
    12. Ladies must be in normal professional office attire.
    13. If for some reason you cannot cover your shift, you must make prior arrangements to change the shift with a fellow colleague and report the changes to all concerned.
    14. If EOD / MOD is Public holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, compensation day is applicable for next day. Being EOD/MOD on normal working day is applicable for half day.
    15. Return the IPAD back to concierge team
