  • Wall thickness verified to data?

  • Knitline locations been approved or as per Moldflow?

  • A' Surface acceptable? ( No Hard Lines, Blended Radii, etc. )

  • All B Surface Features are Present, Filled & Release from Mold?

  • Is Cavity Number, Mold Number, Part Number Engraved correctly in Mold Cavities?

  • Are the ejector pins free of plastic? ( flash )

  • Are the ejector pins flush with the core surface?

  • Does the ejector system move freely? ( no binding, galling, etc. )

  • Is there sufficient ejector stroke for the part to clear the core side?

  • Parts, Runners & Gates can be Demolded with EOAT?
