PPE Signage and mega signage?

Is the site secure, hoarding, fencing, barricading?

Are workers wearing correct PPE

Suitable UV protection, screen, clothing?

Suitable fire extinguishers & in date?

Are the work areas clear of slips and trips?

Access and egress clear of obstructions?

Are site rules, safety policies and evacuation & traffic plans on display where possible?

Adequate lighting for task?

Is there relevant SWMS's for all High-Risk work been undertaken?

Has a toolbox been conducted prior to the commencement of this job?

Are SDS’s available for all substances & within 5 years?

Dangerous Goods separated?

Are spill kits available in the event of a spill where necessary?

No smoking rules are enforced?

What is the condition of the toilets, & amenities?

Dial Before You Dig. Underground services checked? (elect, gas, etc)

Are tools and plant in good condition?

Test and tag in place. RCDs un use?

Temp Electrical boards being tested monthly?

Is fall protection in place for work above 2 meters?

Ladders in good condition & tied off if required?

Are suitable First Aid facilities available?

Are people separated from heavy plant?

Rubbish removal acceptable?
