  • Select venue or OTHER and type in

  • Type in outlet name

  • Enter shift

  • Select service fryer being checked

  • Select Support Fryer being checked (where applicable)

  • Select if oil was replaced

  • no label

  • Enter employee number and signature

  • Take picture(s) of fryers

  • Add more details including actions or problems incurred
