  • Cup marking? Hold times on coffee pots? Do the have the LTO swirls? Maple Pecan swirl (MPS)and Pumpkin swirl? (PS) Check cup marking for LTO’s. Do they have OREO Hot chocolate? (ORHC)

  • Merchandising: <br>Check merchandiser, cake/quart freezer, take pictures and share any notes. Any best practices the store shared? Do they have Shot in the Dark- caramel?

  • Any opportunities in the store?

  • Any food safety observations?

  • RedBook/workpulse up to date?

  • Combo store: Flavor of the month displayed? (Oreo trick or treat)

  • Correct POP?

  • Cakes? Required quarts? Cookie merchandiser/correct labels/dating? Brownies?
