Closing Checklist

  • Check booking and notes

  • Turn on Lightspeed till system

  • Wipe down the benches

  • Sweep the floor

  • Reset the chairs and make sure the tables are setup well

  • Wipe all tables

  • Set up dishwasher area with cutlery pot and make sure it is Tidy and clean

  • Prepare new polishing clothes

  • Check toilet roll, hand towels, and soap

  • Restock bar fridge, wines and spirits

  • Restock napkins, straws, takeaway bags, cloths, ecc.

  • Check and stock ice

  • Refill the water bottles

  • Slice fruit

  • Top up takeaway dips (FIFO)
