  • Inform Jane that a pool test needs carrying out ASAP

  • Is the free chlorine level reading between 1mg/1 and 3mg/l (Picture required)

  • Is the combined chlorine less than 150% of the free chlorine (Picture required)

  • Is the PH level reading about 7.4 (Picture required)

  • Is the alkaline level between 80 - 200 (Picture required)

  • Use photos from WhatsApp to add record of evidence on water test. If water test not carried out report to Jane ASAP

  • Is the water level at the top of the tiles? (Pictures required)

  • Please record detail (via photo) of how low the water level is (There may be a specific reason for low water level). Please check with Jane if any specific concerns

  • Are the benches neat, clean and tidy on poolside and within the changing area? (Pictures required)

  • Is the pool surround and changing area clean and free of any litter or left items? (Pictures required if dirty or left untidy)

  • Please tidy and clear the changing and pool area. Add feedback to MHB WhatsApp group if found in unsatisfactory condition, as changing and pool area should have been left tidy from the night before.

  • Is the reception area clean, tidy, free of clutter and presentable for customers?

  • Please tidy up before customers arrive.

  • Are the reception and changing room area lights in full working order?

  • Is the hall properly lit?

  • Is the water temperature measured in the pump room higher than 29? (Pictures required)

  • Does the pool water look clear with good clarity and colour? (if cloudy or has a green tinge please take a photo and report)

  • Is the pool free of debris on both the surface and pool floor?

  • Is the bathroom clean? (Pictures required)

  • Has the toilet been cleaned with the lid down? (Pictures required)

  • Are the baby changers available?

  • Please put out baby changers ready for any parent and baby sessions scheduled for that morning

  • Are all teachers arriving/teaching/leaving in SN uniform?
