  • Court Monitor engages with guests and creates a fun environment.( CM is observed talking, engaging, encouraging or otherwise positively interacting.CM is not observed with negative body language)

  • Are court monitors introducing themselves, and explaining court specific rules when the guest enters the court?

  • SMG is being utilized, evaluated, and action taken to improve Guest Experience(SMG reports are current,printed, and displayed with actionable notes).
