  • Are all balcony doors/windows functional and<br>secure?

Part 6 - Bedrooms

  • Is all furniture clean and free from damage/stains/<br>odours/wear and tear (cupboards/wardrobes, bed<br>side tables, bed frames etc.)?

  • Is the mattress in each room clean?

  • Are the linens and pillows clean and complete<br>in each room?

  • Is it clean under the bed in each room?

  • Are there sufficient hangers in the wardrobe/<br>closet in each room (we recommend around 10)

Part 7 - Bathroom

  • Is the toilet clean and in good working order<br>with faucets working and no leaks/odours?

  • Are the basin and bathtub/shower spotless and<br>draining freely with no blockages or odours?

  • Are towels and bath-mats clean, fresh and hung<br>correctly?

  • Has the toilet roll been replenished?

  • Is the floor clean?

  • Is soap provided?

Part 8 - Miscellaneous/Laundry

  • Is the washer/dryer working correctly and free<br>from mould and odour?
