Materials Handling & Powered Industrial Truck Operations

  • Factors to consider: Suitable mechanical handling equipment, job rotation, materials handling, items safely stored, PIT certified, wearing seat belts, PIT properly inspected.

  • Have all precautions been taken to minimize materials handling?

  • Have correct materials handling techniques been followed?

  • Has PIT certification?

  • Has PIT equipment been inspected?
