Driver/Passenger Area Inspection

Check the effectiveness of windshield wipers and washers. If you don't have an extra pair, note it, and do not mark it as good.<br>

Test backup camera (make sure it's cleaned and leveled)

Test emergency brake

Test dashboard lights and AC/heating unit

Kitchen Inspection

Check operating refrigerators and freezers and meet temps (write all temps. If it's not functioning, then ETA explained.)

Do your trucks smell bad? Is this a consistent problem? What's the plan?

Are your truck's floors clean, including underneath your equipment?

Test all sinks hot/cold water is working

Are paper towels and soap stocked?<br>

Have you cleaned and organized the storage area under the sink? Did it leak?<br>

Test hood and exhausts fans

Have the AC/heating units in the test kitchen been tested? Also, have they been cleaned and are free from oil residue?<br>

Please check for any grease accumulation in the hood and ensure that it has been cleaned within the past 4 to 6 months.<br>

Inspect caulking of hood, sinks, and other caulked surfaces

Have you thoroughly cleaned both the inside and outside of your fryer? Make sure there is no built-up grease anywhere in the fryer.<br>

Inspect aesthetic kitchen damage.

Inspect functional kitchen equipment's (if it's necessary check fryers)

Inspect equipment to see if it is properly secured to the wall

Check all latches and handles

Check kitchen lights

Make sure to check and clean Health Box, while organizing items so your team knows what's stored.<br>
