  • Are the Main Office entry/exit doors locked & secured? (Check All Doors ensure no doors are propped open, ajar etc.)

  • Is the Main Office Men & Women's Restrooms clear of hazards (water on the floor, debris etc)

  • Is the Main Office Parking area well lit, and clear of debris?

  • Are the Forge Facility entry/exit doors closed and secure? (Check All Doors, ensure that no door is propped open, or ajar)

  • Is the Employee Parking Area free of slip/trip/fall hazards?

  • Is the Employee parking area well lit near pedestrian walkways?

  • Is the Employee parking lot and walkways clear of ice and snow? (If Non-compliant, contact the snow removal vendor for service immediately)

  • Is the Main Gate fob access panel clear of snow? (If Non- compliant please contact snow removal company to clear this area immediately)

  • Are there any oil or debris on the ground near the Shipping Docking Area?

  • Did you observe anyone smoking inside of the Main Office or Forge building?

  • Is the Employee Locker Room free of hazards? (check for leaks water on the floor, trash debris, etc.)

  • Did you observe anyone smoking in the Locker Room or Training Room?

  • Are the Locker Room & Training room entry/exits doors closed and secure? (Check all doors ensure there are no doors are propped open, or ajar)

Processing, Tool & Die, Maintenance, Extrusion, Shipping Buildings

  • Are the Processing Facility doors unblocked, closed, and secured? Check all doors (Ensure that no doors are propped open, ajar, etc.)

  • Is the Processing Break room free of hazards? (water on the floor, trash and debris)

  • Are the Extrusion and Shipping Area doors unblocked, closed, and secured? Check all doors (Ensure that no doors are propped open, ajar, etc.)
