Am I ready?
Is the aircraft airworthy?
Do I have the fuel necessary?
Did the aircraft undergo inspections recently?
Am I comfortable to fly in the forecasted weather?

Have I checked the available PIREPs and NOTAMs?
Am I dealing with a difficult situation right now?
Is this a flight that causes me stress or anxiety?
Is there pressure to quickly depart?
