Team Members can help each other on answering (This knowledge check is for Team Members, not Managers)
1. Serve Guest (#1 priority, whatever else you are doing, helping a customer comes first)
2. Stock and clean the front line, register counter, and dining room
3. Clean outside, restrooms, and empty trash cans
4. Sweep & mop
5. Hot prep (Prepare hot ingredients according to the prep schedule)
6. Dishes (Wash pots, pans and utensils)
7. Cold Prep (Prepare produce and other ingredients as needed)
8. Scheduled cleaning (work in the daily, weekly and monthly, cleaning tasks) -
