Environmental Nuisance

  • Are there controls in place to keep noise and vibration to a minimum?

  • Are site lights positioned away from neighbours?

  • Are site cabins screened from neighbours as appropriate?

Energy Management

  • Is electrical power for light and heat kept to a minimum (i.e. Smart plugs, thermostats)

  • Is water usage minimised (e.g. taps that automatically turn off)

  • Is plant shut down when not in use?

Materials Management

  • Are materials kept in appropriate conditions to prevent wastage?
