  • Does the metal show in the wash cradles show to be properly stacked and secured? Are the wires in good repair and snug but not over tight?

  • Take a picture of the wash cradles inspected. Include Cradle # In Photo

  • Do the dip tanks look ok and was the operator following the standard for time in the tanks?

  • Is the hanging area following all the SW. Are they hanging metal according to the paperwork. Are the proper racks being used. Is the tack cloth cleaning being done. Are the gloves of the operators clean? Take a picture of each one of these items.

  • Are the primer guns operating properly? Is the check sheet filled out for the wet mill. Do a spot check of the wet mill and take pictures of each item. Take a picture of the gauge reading.

  • Are the paint booths clean and all the mixers working. Take pictures of the pressure gauges.

  • Take picture of the data pack readout.

  • Is the material at take down being inspected properly , Spectro,chip check, mill thickness, crosshatch, boil test.Are the results logged for this hour?

  • Take pictures of the chart log and these steps being followed.

  • Does that paperwork in the finished cradle match the material are the counts correct and the coverage good?

  • Take pictures of the material and the paperwork. Check 2 cradles minimum . Note cradle #
