  • Is the room temperature set to 22 degrees (unless requested otherwise by guest)?

  • Does the room smell good (no smoke smell or other unwanted odours)?

  • Is the fruit arrangement set up with a small card and are the fruits fresh?

  • Are the sofas and chairs free of stains and damages?

  • Are flowers placed in the room fresh and presentable?

  • Is the carpet clean and free of stains?

  • Are the top of the picture frames in the room free of dust?

  • Tick if the room is awaiting arrival of a VIP guest. If the room is not expecting a certain amenity, please select N/A.
