  • Are approved pallets being used on shipments? Pallets must be grade A quality, 48x40 notched stringer, four-way entry, heat treated, with a rated load capacity of 2,800lbs. (Take video)

  • Do pallet heights meet Avantor's requirements for safe handling? Like sized products should not exceed 52" in height and be able to be double stacked. Mixed single pallets are not to exceed 84". Hazardous Goods should not exceed 52". All maximum heights include pallets. (Take video)

  • Is the pallet stable and have corner guards to prevent damages? (Take video)

  • Is product configured on a pallet in a column stacking pattern to maximize corrugate strength and prevent damages? (Take photo or video)

  • Is there a unique pallet ID number for each pallet shipped?

  • Has packaging been ISTA tested for 3A certification for parcel shipments? Have products which ship as one unit attached to a skid (Equipment) been ISTA tested for 3B certification for LTL/TL shipments?
