For each production line in operation a trained member of staff must check that the below weight and quality assurance checks are completed at the start, through each hour and end of each run. (For further instruction refer to Proc 37 Weight and Measure control)
Any non-conformances must be reported to a Senior Manager/Technical Department and recorded on Doc 17 and Doc 12 as per the Proc 17 Non-conformance procedure. WEIGHTS (MINIMUM WEIGHT 1 kg = 1.008 kg / 1.8 kg = 1.810 / 2 kg = 2.010 kg / 12 kg = 12.040 kg)

According to the 3 Packers rules, the following must be correct:
1) The end of run average must be greater than the pack weight (1kg, 1.8kg and 2kg)
2) No more than 2.5% of the production is below T1 (T1 1kg=893g, 1.8kg = 1783g and 2kg = 1980g)
3) No pack weight is less than T2 (T2 1kg = 978g, 1.8kg = 1756g and 2kg = 1950g) -
