Rooms and Living Area:

Clean of all ceilings and walls, using a damp wipe method to remove all excess dust on surfaces including the removal of marks and/or stains where we are able to remove them
Clean all light fittings, doors, handles and fixtures on the walls such as switches, powerpoints etc
Clean all internal glass partitions, including the sills and window joinery where applicable. Removing any stickers on the glass partitions
Clean all tracks for sliding doors, removing dust and dirt build up. Removal of tape off joinery leading outside
Clean all baseboards, dust all skirtings, and vacuum all carpeted and hard floors. Mop floors where applicable
Clean all internal wardrobes, including skirtings and walls

Clean of all ceilings and walls, using a damp wipe method to remove all excess dust on surfaces including the removal of marks and/or stains where we are able to remove them

Clean and polish all bathroom fixtures such as taps, shower fixtures and mirrors. Removing any stickers or excess silicon
Clean the basin area including the inside of cupboards and external surfaces
Cleaning of the shower, walls in the shower and shower glass if applicable
Remove any builder's waste such as excess grouting and silicone where possible
Clean all baseboards, dust all skirtings, and vacuum all hard floors. Mop floors

Dusting of the lower level glass partitions, and pre-rinsing before external wash
Apply detergent cleaning solution to the property and rinse with low-pressure, filtered water
Clean exterior cladding, external surface of the gutters
Clean all external glass partitions, using filtered water as well as cleaning the external joinery + tracts

Photos of any damages or trade issues i.e. Paint on joinery, concrete splatter not removed etc.
