Does all the external lighting work properly

Are the parasols erected

Are the dog bowls put away unless they are in use

Has the cigarette box by the disabled entrance been emptied

Are the beer fonts polished

Are the newspapers out for the customers to read

Is the bar surface clean and dry

Are all the tables clean

Is the underside of the bar free of chewing gum
