Based on the completed inspection, is the vehicle in a suitable condition to use?

Upon completion of the inspection the inspection report is to be uploaded against the asset within Safety Culture, and a copy of the .pdf report uploaded to the project / office folder on Teams.

If the vehicle is not in a fit condition for use, then the keys are to be removed and locked away until the defect has been rectified. A note should be placed in the vehicle to identify that it is out of service. Rectification records are to be retained as evidence of competent repair.
