Check behind cab with cold engine

  • Hoses and Belts

  • Oil Level

  • Wires

  • Coolant Level

  • Trans Fluid Level

  • Power Steering Level

WALK AROUND+

  • Turn key to auxiliary, wait for glow light to go out and start vehicle

  • Check service manual if any warnings lights are lit. Make a note in inspection. Submit report to supervisor.

  • Turn on headlights and hazards, exit vehicle start inspection drivers side front to rear

  • Headlights-Hi/ Lo

  • Directional Lights Front and Rear

  • Hazard Lights Front and Rear

  • Tail Lights

  • Clearance Lamps

  • Tires 4/32 of an inch on steer tires and 2/32 on duals. Check inflation on inside dual

  • Wheels no rust, Lugs tight

  • Duals. check with mallet

  • Glass and Mirrors

  • Exhaust System

  • Fluid Leaks

  • Brake Lights, Back Up Lights ( partner with tech, check onsite)

  • Enter Clinic and make note here of generator hours

INTERIOR

  • Oil Pressure

  • Warning Buzzers

  • Amp Gauge

  • Temperature Gauge

  • Fuel Gauge not less than half

  • Wipers and Wash, Clear visibility, No streaks

  • Fire Extinguisher secure and charged

  • First Aid Kit Complete

  • Mirror and Seat Adjustment

  • Seat Belt and Seat Condition

Post trip Inspection

  • Fuel, Dump and Fill as needed

  • Parking Brake Set

  • Walk Around, checking wheels tires, brakes, damage
