  • 17. Check ceiling height to plan, are they the same.

  • Please take note:
    * Pre-plaster inspection will be carried out 5 days prior to Start Date. An inspection report/email will be forwarded to you (the Builder) that day of inspection.
    * The Builder will have 48 hours prior to the Start Date to rectify any issues itemised on the inspection report/email.
    * Confirmation by the Builder that all issues have been rectified must be received by us 24 hours prior to Start Date. eg. by We'd 5:00pm for Friday Start Date.
    * PLEASE NOTE: If issues have not been rectified (ie. 100% ready for plaster), the job WILL be delayed to start 5 working days thereafter.
