This Pre-Task Stop n Go forms part of the BHX2 RME Safe System of Work. The controls recommended are based on the "BHX2-RME-Master RA" Risk Assessment. The purpose of this document is to tailor the safety controls in the master risk assessment to the specific task you are undertaking. Please complete this form to the best of your knowledge and ability to ensure we can all complete our work safely.
