WALK IN COLDROOMS

  • Check on condition and report any defects

  • Remove fan blade on the internal unit and clean

  • Clean internal coil

  • Apply drain pan chemical cleaner

  • Clean & check operation of internal drain lift pump

  • Clean and check external drain pump or gravity drain

  • Check air-flow differential across coils (cooling 8-10, heating 10-15 differential)

  • Check & tighten electrical connections

  • Leak check – F-Gas (where applicable)

  • Clean condenser and housing (OFN where appropriate and where access available OOH)

VENTILATION

  • Isolate unit at main and local electrical supplies

  • Vacuum clean grills and wipe clean accessible area

  • Check extract fan motor operation and clean

ICE MACHINE (Where applicable)

  • Chemical clean

  • Flush system

  • Run and dispose of first harvest

DOOR HEATER

  • Isolate unit at main and local electrical supplies

  • Vacuum clean heaters and fans before blowing through with OFN

  • Check fan motor mounts and tighten if required

  • Check all electrical terminals and condition of unit wiring

  • Refit unit housing and run unit on test

  • Check current draw on heaters and fan motor

  • Isolate electrically refit electrical covers and clean exterior of unit

  • Switch on unit and test operation of remote control
