Any unsatisfactory issues to be rectified before sign off. If areas cant be deemed as satisfactory this must be reported to the contracts manger and photos taken in this sign off sheet. Signature denotes the confirmation of a satisfactory or unsatisfactory condition for handover to the store for trading. Any issues must be identified in this report at the time of sign off and issues cannot be raised once given a satisfactory result.
