Method Statement

  • The pressure test will be carried out by charging the system to the maximum test pressure recommended or in accordance with the consultants mechanical engineering specification for a period of 60 minutes, or spec specific which supersedes the time limit stated here. The testing medium will be verified below. The test will be carried out once, should it fail, the leak will be traced and rectified. The system will then be re-tested and recorded, continuing until system passes. Is this acknowledged ?
