Has the base been primed in accordance with specifications?

Is the paver having to frequently wait for trucks? Paver may need to slow down forward rate. Paving operations should be continuous.

Is the level of the hooper kept at least one-third full?

Are rollers being operated at the correct speed? (No faster than 3 MPH for steel wheel, and 6 MPH for traffic tired rollers)
