  • Trenching Obstacles – Use the "Trenching Path" photos and clearly call out places where hand digging or bores would be needed, natural barriers, other service lines present along the path, driveway crossings and driveway material, concrete, and all other potential obstacles. Otherwise, mark up a google earth/maps screenshot where these obstacles exist. List the obstacles in the text box.

  • Provide wiring distance from array location to meter in linear feet and if possible, take a picture of wheeled distance.

  • Use the Moasure device to measure the customer's trench path and array location and follow the SOP below for correct submission instructions. If provided and OK'd by customer, plant a whisker to use as moasures start point, and accurately note the whisker's distance from a landmark so the crew may find it when they arrive.

  • Site Grade Information - After completing a moasure. Take a screenshot of the 2D topographic and 2D point capture views and note the start point. In addition, use google earth to draw the same perimeter/path taken with moasure, and note the start point.

Additional Information

  • Does the customer have a preference on where solar equipment/inverter(s) are mounted? If yes, indicate to the customer that it is contingent on engineering/design approval, and provide an image calling out the desired equipment location.

  • Does the Customer have a local electrician?

  • Please return to the customer information section, and provide their contact information, especially if they wish to include them in project scope, status, and communications.

  • Does the Customer have a hard date that the system needs to be built by? If so, provide the reason to ensure compliance with specific requirements and the build by date. If no, NA.
