PLANT & EQUIPMENT

  • Are all restricted access areas secured (tool room, welding screens)

  • Is Structural Integrity of Building Intact (have support posts been hit, walls damaged)

  • Is the building in original structural condition (been modified)

  • Are all equipment guards in place

  • Fans, heaters, and coolers in working order

  • Is all equipment operational

  • All electrical cords and connections in compliance

  • Is the roof area free from debris and trip hazards (sky lights guarded)

  • Tools are in good condition (guards in place, three prongs on electrical cords, no broken handles)
