Traffic Control

  • Is the traffic control contractor controlled?

First Aid

  • Does the foreman and/or lead man know where the closest urgent care or hospital is located?

  • Are first aid kits easily accessible and fully stocked with supplies?

  • Are the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available and does every employee know where they are located?

Operations

  • Have the job tasks (JHA/AHA) for the day been identified and discussed?

  • Have the underground utilities been located and properly marked?

  • Have overhead power lines and obstructions been identified and are appropriate warning signs in place?
