Have you read and are familiar with Local Station Procedures (LSP) Manual?

AWOS - Altimeter Setting checked?

Aeronautical Radio checked?

Ground Radios checked?

Desk Top Computer checked?

Free of Debris?

Free of Wildlife Activities?

Is CRFI Need? Not required during Bare and Dry or Bare and Damp Conditions (Summer Months)

PAPI's Lighting Working?

Is Windsocks Working?

Are the Flight Schedules for the day reviewed?

Was weather observed and recorded 2 hours prior to each scheduled flight and continuously?

When weather changes, do you send another report (known as a Weather Special) at the changing time?

Lightning monitoring with weather observations kept in contact with Security for awareness and SHE operations?

Do you have ETA for each Aircraft?

Has the ETA been passed to team, Travel and Security for passenger flight?

Is Medic, ERT and Supervisor aware of ETA for Medivac flights?

Backhaul Loads?

Received final manifest from Travel department for passengers and baggage?

Identified cargo flight backhauls maximum payloads for each aircraft?

For outbound P-1's backhauls that required TDG, is the airline notified within 24 hours ?

Is cargo weighing and packaging completed with Logistics crew?

Is backhaul data entries into DCL360 System completed?

Are flight records, weather records, TDG records uploaded into EDMS?

Is room number updated with Security when signed off for the day and on call, in the event of an emergency (medivac, family emergency, P-1 Inbound Cargo)?
