  • Plan for supervised transport to and from the Playing Venue from Private or QC arranged accommodation.

  • Arrangements in place while teams warm-up.

  • Arrangements in place for spectators at Playing Venue.

  • Adequate ratio of coaches/QC Staff supervising adults to children.

Accommodation Arrangements (QC Arranged Accommodation)

  • Plan for supervised accommodation during QC Talent Pathways Championships.

  • Players staying in QC arranged accommodation, parents have acknowledged this via a consent form.

  • Appropriate facilities are available that allow gender separation for sleeping, toileting, showering and changing.

  • All players/officials/QC Staff have completed a Safety Fire/Hazard induction by accommodation staff prior to entering facility.

  • Adequate ratio of coaches/QC Staff supervising adults to children.

Child-related Employment (Blue Card etc.)

  • Have child-related employment checks procedure being carried out on officials/QC Staff.

  • Where necessary, have contractors and others involved provided copies of blue cards.

First-Aid Arrangements

  • First-Aid facility available on-site.

  • First-Aid officers readily available.

  • Talent Pathway Coordinator (TPC) has been provided with the emergency contact details and any medical conditions of players in Championship.

  • TPC has provided all officials with contact details of emergency medical facilities and arrangements throughout the Championship.

  • Emergency contact details are available to those who may need access (otherwise confidential).
