Were items from the previous inspection addressed?

Is the area secured (doors closed and locked)?

Is the area free of debris and other materials?

Is there adequate aisle space?

Is the ground clean and dry?

Is the area free of spills or leaks?

Are all of the bins or refrigerators properly closed?

Is RMW segregated by type: Pathological, Chemotherapy, or Infectious wastes?

Are the RMW bins (sharps, fluid, solids) free of spills or leaks?

Are the bins or refrigerators compatible with their contents (rigid, leak-resistant, puncture-resistant)?

Are all of the containers or bins in good condition?

Are RMW containers labeled with a Biohazard symbol or water-resistant label or print(s)?

Is the information on the labels legible?

Have wastes been disposed of within a reasonable accumulation time?

Are Floors/Fixtures/Walls/Lights in good condition (not cracked or missing, no penetrations or damage)?
