Cleaning Tasks

  • Sweeping, cleaning of grout lines, vacuuming and mopping of common areas.

  • Cleaning of glass entrance doors and foyers.

  • Wiping of handrails and balustrades.

  • Removal of all cobwebs throughout site, including fire exits

  • Spot cleaning of common area walls, including rendered walls

Fortnightly Grounds Maintenance

  • Mow all lawn, whipper snip edges each visit to standard height including nature strip and all pathways

  • Garden beds to be kept in a well presented manner.

  • Litter pick all grounds of debris.

  • All weeds to be removed from garden beds and lawns.

  • Shrubs and trees shaped and pruned as required.

  • Blow all path, car parks and driveways.

  • Back of complex trees and shrubs to be trimmed as required.

  • Check all drains / baskets down to side gardens.

  • Removal of all green waste and debris.

  • Nature strip trees and front area to be well groomed.

  • Replanting and mulching gardens as necessary.

  • All lawns and gardens to be sprayed with appropriate herbicides.

  • All shrubs and plants shaped if required.

  • Pressure cleaning of all carpark areas and driveway (periodical).

  • Pressure clean of all garden bed block work, pathways, walls and letterbox walls (periodical).
