  • A workplace in quarry and mine must be inspected once during each working shift by the Quarry Manager or persons appointed under the s44 of Act by the Quarry Manager who is competent to perform such an inspection to ensure that the workplace is safe for persons working in there. I have performed a safety inspection of the registered mine ensuring that the workplace is safe for persons working in the mine operation areas.

Section A - In Pit Roads / Haul Roads & Ramps / Bench & Pit Floor Condition
