Personnel packing raw meaty bones are required to fill out the raw material used, as well as the supplier, associated Lot Numbers, and total weights of each lot number used. At the end of the packaging, the number of finished packages produced is to be recorded. All crates/boxes are to be labelled with shipping labels containing the product name, code, packs per crate, and production/best before dates. Tolerance for weight is never to be under, and is reference only to how much weigh over a package can be. If a product is found to be in non-compliance, 20 random products will be checked for compliance.
