Vibration levels are satisfactory for sight glass install

Seperator is free of undesirable branch connections including unused pressure gauges, close nipples or bushings that have insuffecient wall thickness

Have deadweight connections been moved to the panel?

Are compressor bottles and cylinders free of undesirable branch connections including unused pressure gauges, bushings with little wall thickness, close nipples or end device weight being supported by tubing?

Are any branch connections or end devices free from being used as footsteps or grab handles?

Process piping is free of undesirable branch connections including unused pressure gauges, close nipples, or bushings with insufficient wall thickness or redundant valving?

Fuel gas piping is free of undesirable branch connections including unused pressure gauges, close nipples, or bushings with insufficient wall thickness or redundant valving?

Is compressor package free of any obvious Non-FCR'd modifications?

Flex joint is free of cuts, gouges or worn spots exposing inner core?

Flex joint is free of soft spots, bulges, or flat spots?

Flex joint is free of signs of compression or misalignment?

Deflection and bends are within manufacture allowance?

Flex joint is rated for media being carried, temperature and pressure?
