RECREATION CHECKLIST

Rocca Pool Checklist

  • Collect Room list, Disclaimer forms and Pool and Beach Folders

  • Collect the Credit Card machine and ensure that it’s charged (Beach only)

  • Ensure that the area is clean and free from trash and no cigarette buds are on the floor or beach

  • Ensure that the pool deck and showers by using a brush, high pressure sprayer and fresh water

  • Arrange all towels neatly at the towel counter and ensure that enough clean towels are available

  • Ensure that water, ice and paper cups are available

  • Ensure that the garbage bins are empty

  • Ensure that the ash trays are clean and sand is leveled

  • Ensure that the sunbeds and side tables, and arrange it neatly as per the standard<br><br>

  • Use the TV remotes and turn on the TV’s

  • Ensure that enough Daily Visitor Forms are available

  • Ensure that the Credit Card machine is charged and in working condition

  • Ensure that the Essence Burner is in good working condition

  • Print the guest in-house list for Rocca, Beach, Villa, Infinity pool

Changing Rooms (Male and Female)

  • Ensure that adequate clean towels are available and neatly arranged

  • Ensure that adequate drinking water is available and neatly arranged

  • Ensure that all guest amenities are available and neatly arranged at wash basins and vanity counters

  • Ensure that all Digital Lockers on both Male & Female sides are open

  • Ensure the Sauna is clean and temperature is set to 70 C

  • Ensure the Steam room is clean and temperature is set to 50 C

  • Ensure the Inhalation room is clean, smells fresh and power is on

  • Ensure the Plunge pool water is clean and temp is at 13 C

  • Ensure the Whirlpool “Jacuzzi” water is clean and temperature is at 40 C

  • Ensure the Infrared room is clean, smells fresh and power is on (Male only)

  • Ensure that all showers are clean and that the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner is refilled

  • Ensure that the toilets and the floors are clean and that 2 rolls of tissue paper is available.

Gym (Male and Female)

  • Ensure that adequate clean towels are available and neatly arranged

  • Ensure that adequate drinking water is available and neatly arranged

  • Ensure that Music is on, the sound is clear and the volume is set to the standard

  • Place the apples and bananas in the designated areas and check the quality of the fruit

  • Check that the detox water (1x cucumber and 1x lemon) is available

  • Ensure that all the weights, dumbbells, fitness equipment and benches are clean and arranged

  • Check that the Panic Button is working effectively

  • Ensure that we have received the daily newspapers and that it is neatly arranged

  • Ensure that the AC is on and set to the correct temperature

Daily Tasks

  • Open the kids play area at 9am and ensure that area is dusted, clean and all equipment and toys are neatly arranged

  • Open the Group Exercise Class Booking sheet and print the Classes/Activity Sign –in sheet for the day.

  • Call to confirm all Group Exercise Class participants and update the sign-in sheets and booking sheet.

  • Replenish apples and bananas in both male and female gyms

  • Replenish detox water (1x cucumber and 1x lemon)

  • Complete the First Aid checklist

  • Check the female gym to ensure that the floor is clean, dumbbells and equipment are neatly arranged, and also that the cardio and benches are clean and free from sweat.

  • Check that the changing room floor is clean, amenities & water is available and neatly arranged, lockers are replenished & cleans towels

  • Ensure that the retail display is clean, arranged and fully stocked

  • Check your emails and action all tasks

  • Ensure that HC reception counter is clean and that the Group Exercise Schedule and Water Sports pricelist.

Closing Shift Tasks

  • Close the kids play area at 9pm

  • Complete the cash drawer process

  • Put all the cash sales in an envelope and drop it at Front Office

  • Print discount Audit Log and EOD Summary

  • Open Transaction Audit Log (day pass, retail, swimming lesson, package, personal training, beach activities and free classes or day passes) and fill up revenue report

  • Close the card machine, print the batch report and fill up credit card reconciliation form

  • Guest using the health club –get the total numbers and fill up Revenue Report

  • Send Revenue Report by email to DOHGH- Front Office Managers and DOHGH- Fitness and Spa

  • Drop to Front office : EOD Summary, Cash Sale, CC Reconciliation, Room Charge, Cash float and Bracelets

  • Take a walk in both Male and Female Health Club, make sure everything is in good condition

  • Ensure that all digital lockers on both Male & Female sides are open

  • Ensure that all Burrda Retails are kept and hang in the cabinet

  • Ensure that all Burrda Retails are counted and Log in the Inventory Sheet

  • Switch off TV, PC and Printer in Reception

  • Close the all drawers

  • Close the main doors

  • Surrender the key to Security

  • Complete your attendance check-out at the end of your shift

FITNESS TRAINER CHECKLIST

Mixed Gym (Male and Female trainers)

  • Disinfect Exercise equipment regularly , (before and after guests using )

  • Ensure that the floor is clean and free from towels, empty bottles and other trash, this includes the rubber mats

  • Ensure that the music is playing and volume is set between 80-90

  • Ensure that the AC is on and the temperature set to 23 degrees

  • Ensure that enough water are available

  • Ensure that enough gym towels are available and neatly arranged

  • Ensure that all dispensers have anti-bacterial wipes

  • Ensure that all cardio machines are clean with no visible sweat marks e.g. Treadmills, Stationary Bikes, Cross-trainers, Spin Bikes etc.

  • Ensure that all Resistance Machines are clean with no visible sweat marks.

  • Ensure that the dumbbells are re-racked and that the dumbbell rack is clean and free from dust

  • Ensure that the free bars are all arranged and clean

  • Ensure that the mirrors are clean and free from smudges or marks

Functional Gym (Male and Female trainers)

  • Ensure that the music is playing and volume is set between 80-90
