Are the keys in the guest and cleaners lockbox?

Have the bins been checked for any incorrect rubbish?

Checked the property for any major issues?

Checked if heating left on?

Has the heating been turned off/down?

Cigarette butts removed?

Front door checked for cobwebs and marks?

Is rubbish in correct bins and not overflowing?

All Furniture checked for damage and dirt/marks?

All room lights tested and working?

High dusting for cobwebs done?

Surfaces polished?

Surfaces wiped down with viricidal cleaner?

Floors hoovered and mopped?

Windowsills wiped down?

Blinds dusted down if present?

Skirting boards checked and wiped down if needed?

If present - rugs checked for dirt and shaken?

Storage cupboards and drawers checked, rubbish removed and wiped down?

Wi-Fi checked and working?

Fragrance sprayed in every room?

Bin emptied and cleaned?

New bag in bin?

Fridge/Freezer food removed and wiped down?

Washing Machine and dryer checked, working and wiped down?

Dishwasher (if there) checked, working and wiped down?

Oven checked and wiped down?

Dirty baking trays and pans removed and cleaned?

Oven glove placed on oven?

Microwave checked and wiped down?

Toaster emptied and wiped down?

Kettle emptied and wiped down?

Washing up done and put away?

Sink, taps and plug cleaned?

Sides, tops and fronts of cupboards wiped down?

Inside of cupboards checked for dirty crockery and wiped down if needed?

Are there enough glasses, mugs and crockery for guests and spares?

All knives in set and cleaned?

Tiles and splash backs wiped down?

Washing up liquid, sponge, dishwasher/washer tablets (if property has either), tin foil, bin bags and tea towels replenished for next guest?

Tea, coffee, sugar replenished?

Dining table and Chairs damage free?

Placemats in a pile on table?

Tv wiped and dusted?

TV remote placed on coffee table?

Cushions straightened and placed with zips at bottom?

Side lamps tested and working?

Checked for mould or loose silicone?

Old towels removed?

Toilet cleaned and bleached?

Sink, taps and plug cleaned and limescale removed?

Shower head, screen and tray cleaned and limescale removed?

All tiles cleaned and washed down?

Hair removed from shower trap?

All glass and chrome buffed up and cleaned?

Toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap replenished?

1x towel for each guest, 1x hand towel and 1x bath mat placed for next guests?

Bin emptied and new bin bag in?

Beds stripped, and all bedding checked for marks and damage?

At least 4x wooden hangers on each clothing rail?

Check mirrors are on wall and wipe down?

Lamps tested, working and wiped down?

Beds made and staged? (see photos for reference)

Sidetables positioned next to beds?

Hairdryer placed on clothing rail shelf?
