• Wake up electronics (open and exposed, never sealed)

Record Cell mVolts at ambient air

• Record Cell #1 mV

• Record Cell #2 mV

• Record Cell #3 mV

• Check EXT battery - fire solenoid for 10 seconds > 6.5V

• Record EXT battery mV >6.5

• Check oxygen sensor life . < 7 months , if not replace and date

• Analyze DIL and OXY gases

• Record Oxygen%

• Record Diluent %

• Connect tank and valves

• Install moisture pads

• Fill or check time on scrubber. Top marker on exhale/top. RMS arrow up.

• Close Cover

Loop check/non return valves check

• Suck and blow test - confirm one way only with seal

• Install Loop

• Wrap and install HUD

• Turn ON/OFF Dil and OXY

• Record DIL pressure (psi or bar)

• Record OXY pressure (psi or bar)

Positive Check

• Close DSV

• Despressurize DIL/OXY until gauge reads 0

• Listen to OPV operation

• Listen for any leaks (2-3 minutes)

• Open DSV and listen for positive (woosh)

Negative Check

• Suck negative - closing DSV on large inhale

• Look for hose scrunched together (2-3 minutes)

• Open DSV listen for negative "suction"

Calibrate Shearwater

• Turn on oxygen

• Turn on Shearwater - confirm oxygen % in system setup

• Inflate O2 full, suck empty, repeat 3-4 times, watch Po2 max out, and Mv max out

• Close DSV - open "crack" vent out line pressure

• Record Cell #1 mV

• Record Cell #2 mV

• Record Cell #3 mV

• Close DSV - Open "crack" to vent out line pressure

• Confirm calibrate on Shearwater

Calibrate rEvo Dream - immediately upon Cal of Shearwater

• Confirm oxygen on Shearwater to adjust oxygen on Dream to match - see manual

• 3 Pushes to access "P-5"

• Record Cell #1 mV

• Record Cell #2 mV (if applicable)

• Confirm Battery Life

• < ____ Hours Operation or factory replace battery

• Close DSV fully

• Shut rEvoDream off within 2 minutes to conserve battery

• Oral inflate wing to max (check for leaks)

• 2-3 min breath check /or shut down and ready for dive mode

Bail Out Check

• Check valve is in off position

• Suck gently to confirm "no leak" diaphragms

• Turn valve on - record pressure (psi or bar)

• Breath bail out regulator

• Record bail out gas mixture

• Confirm bail out gas in Shearwater

• Ready to Dive. GO TO PRE JUMP CHECKLIST
