ROUTINE INTERM MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST (interim Inspection Visit)

  • Check with customer for any problems with system or alterations to site.

  • Visually check the installation for any signs of damage

  • Remove all Movement Detector housing covers and check/Clean

  • Check all movement detection for correct operation

  • Silicon seal top of Movement Detection to prevent water ingress

  • Check all camera for correct operation

  • Clean all camera viewing windows/Bubble (outside)

  • Check PTZ Domes for correct operation - Respond to alarm inputs

  • Test transmitting equipment to ARC. Check secondary path if applicable

  • ARC to make test Audio announcement to site

  • Check Recording Device for correct operation

  • Check all UPS for correct operation Date unit.

  • Change UPS with Service replacement if 2 years or more old

  • Check all Low Voltage Power supply for correct operation. Date unit.

  • Check all flexible connection

  • Instruct customer on walk testing system regularly

  • Check that Time and Date are correct

  • Fill System/Site Historical Record - Issue new Record if not available

  • Remove all camera housing covers and check/Clean (inside)

  • Check all connections at camera for signs of corrosion

  • Walk Test all Movement Detection. Check that range is correct.

  • Replace Batteries in all Wireless Detection Devices

  • Check correct operation of all wireless devices through to Receiver

  • Check all connections at Detection device for signs of corrosion

  • Check with ARC that all alarm devices trigger the correct camera/preset

  • Check and clean all monitors

  • Check output Voltages on low voltage power supply

  • Check all fuses for correct value

  • Check all connections at the control equipment

  • Replace Waning signs if damaged or deteriorated

  • Check setting/unsetting procedures
