  • Rigging. Inspection of lowering ropes and gear. Place out of service if needed.

  • Chipper operations-PPE implementation and crew trained for the task.

  • What other tools will be used and are there extra controls needed.

  • What additional control measures will crew put in place.

  • Mini loader or tracked plant. Keep clear and have spotter in vicinity with moving plant. Discuss work plan and adress with communication.

  • With all of the above listed risks and hazards do all crew feel it is safe to do this task.
