• This must be signed before any chasing/trenching of walls or floors will commence. All due care is taken before
  chasing/trenching of walls or floors is started. We have checked the below services and we believe that the
  chasing of the walls or floors in this location should not result in any damage. Unfortunately we are
  unable to completely know what is located inside the wall. Whilst we take due care in this process if
  services inside the wall are damaged we will organise for the repairs to be effected immediately but
  the cost of such repairs agrees to be borne by the customer who signs this authorisation
