SITE OBSERVATIONS

Are there appropriate safety signs in place? e.g. Traffic Routes, Authorised Personnel, PPE etc?

Is there a clear Traffic Management Plan displayed?

Are these traffic routes kept clear of any obstructions and well lit?

Do vehicles have visual and reversing aids fitted where needed?

Is work equipment, plant and machinery maintained in a safe condition and is it inspected regularly by competent persons?
