If plant is earthmoving equipment, where required, is fitted with roll over protection (ROPS) and/or falling<br>objects protection (FOPS) and fitted with a compliance plate stating it’s compliance to AS 2294 (alternative<br>compliance may be ROPS- ISO 3471, SAE J1040 or FOPS -ISO 3449, SAE J231 or J 1043 or TOPS AS 4987 or<br>ISO 12117)

The person with management or control of earthmoving
machinery at a workplace must ensure that the machinery is
NOT used unless it is securely fitted with a protective structure
(ROPS & FOPS) and fitted with a compliance plate. -
Concrete Pumping Equipment

Concrete pumping equipment is fitted with the required compliance plates.<br>Placing boom and outriggers: manufacturer fixed plate, annual and six yearly inspection date fixed plate. Concrete<br>pump: manufacturer specification fixed plate.<br>If applicable: over length and overweight permits, fixed motor vehicle modification plate showing any applicable<br>modification codes.
