ACCESS & EGRESS

MACHINERY & GUARDS

Instrumentation & Controls

  • Are the pipe works and machinery free from leaks causing floor contamination?

  • Good hygiene and general housekeeping standard?

  • Are all pieces of equipment labeled per the standard?

  • Are all surfaces <140F insulated?
