  • Controls - Is the seat in good condition? Are controls clearly marked. Is the seat belt working correctly?

  • Tires - Are tires and rims in good condition? Check for any visual damage.

  • Fluids - Are the engine oil, coolant level and hydraulic fluid levels adequate?

  • Structure - Is the Skidsteer free from cracks, dents or defects?

  • Forks - Are the forks and carriage free from any visible damage? Do the forks operate correctly?

  • Bucket - Is the bucket in satisfactory condition?

  • Glass - Is the cab glass free from visible damage?

  • Mirrors - Are mirrors in place and free from damage?

Post Start Inspection

  • Controls - Are controls, pedals and indicators working correctly?

  • Alarms - Is the back up alarm working correctly?

  • Lights - Are the lights and flashing strobe working correctly?

  • Boom - Are the rams, cylinders, and boom components free from visible damage?

  • Glass - Is the cab glass free from visible damage?

  • Mirrors - Are mirrors in place and free from damage?

Post Start Checklist

  • Controls - Are controls, pedals and indicators working correctly?

  • Alarms - Is the back up alarm working correctly?

  • Lights - Are the lights and flashing strobe working correctly?

  • Brakes - Do both the parking brake and foot brake work correctly?

  • Is the boom angle indicator working correctly?
