    This count only consists of the Gluten Free/Health section and Specialty Bays.
    All tickets that have no stock are to be treated as an out of stock, even if there is stock on ends, capping, etc.
    If a product is over faced (product displayed across multiple tickets) then the tickets where the EXACT product is not available is to be treated as an out of stock.
    If only stock is "Reduced to Clear" count as out of stock.
    Clip Strips (if out of stock) are to be counted as part of the aisle count.
    Any "gap" on the shelf where there is no ticket and no stock is to be treated as an out of stock.
    Take a photo of any relevant issue; e.g. dirty shelves, untidy sections, stock in incorrect location, no ticket, damaged or missing stripping, etc.
    Our major out of stock focus is on products on special, price match and directs, please take photos or make notes of any major out of stock issues for these products
    Ignore Seasonal (Christmas and Easter) sections
